The Company adheres to the principle of openness and equal treatment of all employees.

The company upholds the principles of transparency and equal treatment for all employees. These principles are applied from the initial workforce planning stage, including defining necessary criteria, publicly announcing job openings, conducting a fair selection process, and final assessments involving relevant work units. Employee selection decisions are made without discrimination based on gender, race, or religion.
The company strictly adheres to labor laws in Indonesia and does not employ underage workers. Selected candidates undergo a training period at the Vocational Training Center before being officially hired. All training costs, including temporary accommodation for candidates from outside the city, as well as transportation and meal allowances, are fully covered by the company.
Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates are employed as new employees, assigned job descriptions, and provided with work plans, which are regularly evaluated based on performance.
Employees demonstrating outstanding achievements receive equal recognition and rewards according to predetermined criteria. The company allows employees to participate in various organizations, whether directly related to business operations or not, as long as there is no risk to the company’s operations. All employees are entitled to salaries and benefits associated with their positions and assignments.
Throughout 2014, no workplace accidents or significant incidents occurred affecting employees, suppliers, or customers.
