Judiono Tosin
President Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, 67 years old, born in Cirebon on 11 August 1952. Appointed as President Commissioner of the Company based on Deed of AGMS No. 28 dated June 25, 2019. Obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1986.
Mr. Judiono Tosin has held various important positions, where previously he was the Senior Executive Director at the Salim Group (1976-1993) and Executive Director at PT Indocement Tunggal Perkasa (1989-1993).
He currently serves as Commissioner at PT Bintang Wisata Mandiri, President Commissioner at PT Bintang Sintuk Hotel, Deputy President Commissioner at PT Wiraswasta Gemilang Indonesia, Commissioner at PT Pundimas Atrium and Managing Director at PT Capital Turbines Indonesia.
Agus Soetopo
Independent Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, 48 years old, born in Malang 25 September 1971. Appointed as an Independent Commissioner of the Company based on Deed AGMS No. 28 June 25, 2019. Obtained his Master of Law degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2004.
Mr. Agus Soetopo, SH, MH., currently serves as the Capital Market Legal Consultant, PERADI Advocate (Indonesian Advocates Association-Grand SOHO Slip), Allied founder of ADAMS & CO., Counselors-at-Law, Curator and Management, member of the Indonesian Curator and Management Association (AKPI), registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and Secretary of the Indonesian Consumer Community Non-Governmental Organizations (LPKSM).
Endang Kosasih
Independent Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, 58 years old, born in Jakarta 27 November 1961, Appointed as an Independent Commissioner of the Company based on Deed AGMS No. 28 dated June 25, 2019.
Received a Bachelor of Economics degree from Pajajaran University in 1990. Mr. Endang Kosasih currently serves as a Commissioner at PT Kertawira Sena. Previously started his career at Bank Mandiri until 2002.

Bambang Setiyono
President Director
Indonesian citizen, 66 years old, born in Jombang on 17 September 1953. Appointed as President Director of the Company based on Deed AGMS No. 28 dated June 25, 2019. Received his Bachelor of Economics degree from Airlangga University in 1979.
Mr. Bambang Setiyono previously served as Vice President Commissioner of the Company (1997 - 2007).
In addition, he currently serves as Commissioner at PT Wiraswasta Gemilang Indonesia and PT Bintang Sintuk Hotel. He began his career at the Indonesian Import Export Bank until 1995.
David Jahja
Deputy President Director
Indonesian citizen, 63 years old, born in Ponorogo 15 March 1956. Appointed as Deputy President Director of the Company based on the Deed of Annual GMS Meeting Statement No. 28 dated June 25 2019.
Obtained a Master of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology, UK in 1981 and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Merton Technical College, London in 1979.
Mr. David Jahja previously served as Commissioner of the Company (1997 – 2007). Currently serves as Director at PT Transmega Engineering & Construction, at PT Wiraswasta Gemilang Indonesia, and at PT Capital Turbines Indonesia. Starting his career at PT Purna Bina Indonesia.
Yati Nurhayati
Director
Indonesian citizen, 55 years old, born in Ujung Pandang 13 November 1964, Appointed as Director of the Company based on the Deed of Annual GMS Meeting Statement No. 28 dated June 25 2019.
Obtained a Bachelors degree in Agriculture from the Bogor Agricultural Institute in 1988, and completed the Wijayawiya Management program (fresh graduate MBA) at the Jakarta Institute of Management Education and Development (IPPM) in 1990.
Mrs. Yati Nurhayati previously served as President Director at PT Primandiro Securities, Director at PT Manggala Wibawa and PT Bayunika Primamandiri. Starting her career at PT Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia. Has attended various financial courses, including from the New York Institute of Finance in New York; Euromoney in London, Hong Kong and Sydney; Institute of Banking and Finance in Singapore; International Center for Monetary and Banking in Geneva, etc.
